As a network service provider, we provide 24/7/365 support for your every need—including increased bandwidth on demand. Our NOC continuously monitors network activity to ensure service levels are being met.
How does Tachyon compare with terrestrial services?
Tachyon delivers carrier-grade broadband performance with the look and feel of terrestrial, but we consider our broadband delivery a complement to terrestrial providers in most markets. Customers use Tachyon’s satellite solutions to extend existing enterprise and government network infrastructures to areas not currently served by terrestrial carriers and to augment terrestrial networks with media-diverse seamless network backup for disaster recovery.

My operations are large and dispersed with different needs per site. How can Tachyon help me manage operations and costs?
All of Tachyon’s solutions are designed to provide maximum performance at minimum expense. Monthly costs are based on SLAs, which can be customized.
For our larger customers supporting multiple sites, we provide FlexNet. FlexNet enables you to pool bandwidth for greater cost efficiency. Network capacity is delivered, and ensured, in bulk. Individual site service levels are customer specified, and throughput performance is ensured by Tachyon. With FlexNet, you can control bandwidth, benefit from increased cost efficiencies as your network grows, and reduce the overall cost of ownership.
How secure is the Tachyon system?Your data is as secure as data traveling through a private line on a terrestrial connection. But for the enterprise or government agency with serious security needs, the Tachyon Network supports end-to-end encryption with the same look, feel, and speed of terrestrial lines.
